From maritime and shipping to supply chain, energy solutions and technical environments, my work has always centred on understanding people, communication and what creates true alignment.

EQ8 Recruit began as a simple belief. Recruitment should be human, honest and thoughtful. I built EQ8 to create a space where candidates feel respected, clients feel supported and every interaction is guided by clarity and connection.
